How I use Zillow
Residential Zillow contacts can flow to supported CRM App Integration partners after the account holder and assigned team members complete setup. Zillow Rentals uses a separate, vendor-enabled callback with a fixed payload. I configure the supported connection, validate ownership and stage mapping, and build downstream CRM or messaging workflows around the data actually delivered and the team's approved consent and routing rules.

For supported residential CRM partners, the Zillow account holder links the app in Zillow settings and each assigned team member completes setup. The separate Rentals Lead API is enabled with Zillow Rentals support for an approved callback endpoint.

Constraints to confirm
- There is no documented general-purpose Premier Agent API key or arbitrary lead webhook; CRM sync is limited to Zillow's supported App Integration partners.
- One-way CRM sync excludes historical leads and follows Zillow lead ownership and routing; two-way status sync is limited to Zillow's published stage mapping.
- Rental lead delivery is a distinct program with a fixed payload format and vendor-coordinated testing, so it must not be represented as universal Zillow inquiry access.
