LionDeskAutomation & Integration
Move LionDesk contacts and available notes into a supported CRM with a controlled handoff.
I plan controlled LionDesk transitions using account-owner exports, data cleanup, field mapping, and import into Follow Up Boss or another current CRM.

How I use LionDesk
Current public sources support treating LionDesk as a migration project, not a new live API integration. I inventory the account, prepare the data the owner can export, preserve supported contacts and notes, map fields into the replacement CRM, and identify campaigns, automations, or other content that must be rebuilt manually. The migration is verified with record counts and spot checks before the old workflow is retired.

Authentication and access
No current public LionDesk authentication or API onboarding path could be verified. New work should be scoped as an export or migration project, not a live LionDesk API integration.
Useful data and actions
- LionDesk contacts exported by the account owner
- Contact notes included in the supported transition export
- Mapped contacts and relationship data imported into the chosen replacement CRM
Constraints to confirm
- Lone Wolf now directs LionDesk users toward Relationships, while Follow Up Boss documents a LionDesk transition; no new API build should be promised without written vendor confirmation.
- The documented Follow Up Boss transition carries contacts and contact notes; other LionDesk content may require manual reconstruction.
- Lone Wolf Relationships documents contact migration and native product connections, but that does not establish a public third-party API or arbitrary write access.
