OrchestriAI is operated by Shariq Riaz as a solo consultancy. This website is located at orchestriai.com. When I say "I" or "my" in this policy, I mean Shariq Riaz operating as OrchestriAI.
What data I collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name
- Your role or job title
- The message you write describing your needs
I do not collect any data automatically beyond basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) that are standard for web hosting on Vercel.
How I use your data
I use the information you submit through the contact form only to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential project work. I do not add you to any marketing lists or sell your information. Contact-form submissions are sent through Resend so they can be delivered to my inbox. Resend processes that information on my behalf.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Vercel, and contact-form delivery is handled by Resend. Those providers process the limited request and message data needed to deliver their services. I do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising services on this website.
Data retention
I keep contact form submissions in my email for as long as they are relevant to ongoing or potential business. If you want me to delete your data, email shariq@orchestriai.com and I will remove it within 30 days.
Client project and managed-hosting data
This website policy covers site visitors and inquiries. If you become a client, the project or managed-hosting agreement will identify the data needed to deliver the service, the infrastructure and third-party providers involved, access and retention rules, and the export or deletion process when the engagement ends. Those project-specific terms control where they differ from this website policy.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you. Email shariq@orchestriai.com with your request.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. I will not reduce your rights under this policy without notice.
