OrchestriAI is operated by Shariq Riaz as a solo consultancy. This website is located at orchestriai.com. When I say "I" or "my" in this policy, I mean Shariq Riaz operating as OrchestriAI.

When you submit a form on this site, I collect what you enter:

• Contact form: your name, email address, company, role, and message
• Free automation audit form: your name, company, email address, and the manual task you describe
• Checklist signup: your email address, the checklist you chose, and the page you signed up on

I also use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It is cookieless and records aggregated page views, the referring site, country, and device type (such as browser, operating system, and mobile or desktop). It does not use cookies or collect personal identifiers, and visitors are not tracked across sites. Vercel also keeps basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) that are standard for web hosting.

I use the information you submit through any form on this site to respond to you, send the audit or checklist you asked for, and discuss potential project work. I may follow up by email about automation; you can ask me to stop at any time. I do not sell your information. Form submissions are sent through Resend so they can be delivered to my inbox. Resend processes that information on my behalf.

This site stores your dark or light theme preference in your browser's local storage. It is not used for tracking. Vercel Web Analytics does not set cookies.

This site is set up to support two advertising tags: the Meta Pixel and the Google tag (Google Ads). When either is turned on, it loads for every visitor after the page has finished loading, and Meta or Google may set advertising cookies and receive details such as the pages you visit, your browser and device, and your IP address. I use this for remarketing, which means showing ads to people who have visited this site, and to count form submissions as conversions. No form contents are sent to Meta or Google.

You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through Meta ad preferences and Google My Ad Center, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

This site is hosted on Vercel, and form delivery is handled by Resend. Those providers process the limited request and message data needed to deliver their services. Vercel Web Analytics provides the cookieless, aggregated visit counts described above. When the advertising tags described above are turned on, Meta Platforms and Google process visit data under their own privacy policies.

I keep form submissions in my email for as long as they are relevant to ongoing or potential business. If you want me to delete your data, email shariq@orchestriai.com and I will remove it within 30 days.

This website policy covers site visitors and inquiries. If you become a client, the project or managed-hosting agreement will identify the data needed to deliver the service, the infrastructure and third-party providers involved, access and retention rules, and the export or deletion process when the engagement ends. Those project-specific terms control where they differ from this website policy.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold about you. Email shariq@orchestriai.com with your request.

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. I will not reduce your rights under this policy without notice.
