kvCOREAutomation & Integration

Extend approved kvCORE workflows for lead response, routing, and listing updates from connected feeds.

For teams with approved kvCORE application access, I connect supported contact data and actions to routing, scheduling, re-engagement, and listing-alert workflows that complement the native platform.

How I use kvCORE

kvCORE can expose contact, activity, assignment, and listing-alert data through approved applications. I scope workflows around the authorizing user's role, office or team boundaries, sharing rules, and lead-privacy settings, then connect supported CRM actions to approved scheduling or messaging tools. Listing workflows use only the MLS feeds already connected to the agent's account; API access does not provide arbitrary MLS or neighborhood data.

What the integration supports

Facts checked

Authentication and access

Bearer token generated for the user by an approved kvCORE application; public documentation does not provide a self-service app-registration or token-issuance path.

Useful data and actions

  • Contacts, assignment, source, status, tags, consent flags, and property-interest fields
  • Contact notes, calls, scheduled calls, email or text actions, and open-house attendees
  • Up to two listing-search alerts per contact and recent matches from the agent's connected feeds

Constraints to confirm

  • Implementation is subject to Inside Real Estate or kvCORE application access and vendor-vetted Marketplace approval, not merely possession of a standard customer account.
  • Role, office, team, ownership, sharing, and lead-privacy settings restrict records; some reassignment and campaign operations require elevated account roles.
  • Listing and search results depend on MLS feeds connected to the agent CRM; the API does not grant arbitrary MLS data or neighborhood-statistics access.

Deduplicate and route accessible contacts under account assignment rules

03

Generate listing updates from the agent's connected MLS feeds

04

Trigger approved workflows from supported contact and activity events

05

Coordinate showings through an approved scheduling connection

06

Re-engage permitted contact segments using CRM consent fields
