These terms govern your use of the OrchestriAI website and any consulting or development services provided by Shariq Riaz operating as OrchestriAI. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

OrchestriAI provides AI automation consulting and development services. All project work is governed by individual project agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. These terms of service apply to the website and initial consultations. Specific project terms take precedence for active engagements.

Work product created for clients belongs to the client upon full payment. I retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-confidential patterns learned during projects. The OrchestriAI name, logo, and website content are owned by Shariq Riaz.

Some technical services can include an isolated OrchestriAI-managed server. Managed hosting is available only under a written agreement that defines the hosted system, capacity, third-party providers, support hours, incident response, backup and recovery objectives, retention, security responsibilities, fees, and offboarding. No uptime, response-time, recovery, or compliance commitment applies unless it is stated in that agreement. Model, messaging, cloud, storage, and vendor usage charges may be billed separately or passed through as agreed.

Prices listed on this website are starting points and may vary based on project complexity. Final pricing is agreed upon in writing before any work begins. I do not charge for initial consultation calls.

I treat all client business information as confidential. I will use it only to deliver the agreed work and will disclose any hosting, model, messaging, or other service providers required for that work in the applicable agreement. I will not publish your data, processes, or project details without your written consent. I may reference the general nature of work done (e.g., "automated intake processes for a dental practice") without naming the client, unless you agree otherwise.

Clients remain responsible for authorizing access to their systems, providing lawful instructions and data, maintaining required vendor agreements, approving regulated or consequential workflows, and using delivered systems within the agreed scope. Self-hosting or managed hosting does not by itself establish legal, regulatory, or security compliance.

OrchestriAI provides automation services on a best-effort basis. While I stand behind my work and include 30 days of post-launch support, I am not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use delivered automations. My total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Either party may cancel a project in progress. If you cancel after work has begun, you pay for completed work based on the agreed rate. I will deliver all completed work product upon final payment.

You may use this website for informational purposes and to contact me about potential work. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute the content of this site without permission.

I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
