SearchieAutomation & Integration
Reconcile legacy Searchie connections with Membership.io onboarding, access, and engagement workflows.
Searchie was renamed Membership.io, so legacy integrations need an account-specific migration check. I update supported content, contact, Hub access, segmentation, and engagement workflows for the current platform.

How I use Searchie
Current official guidance uses Membership.io names and endpoints, while older Searchie connections may retain legacy URLs, terminology, or credentials. I verify the account's migration state before changing authentication or data mappings, then scope workflows to the plan's available API and webhook features. Content activity and Hub access can inform engagement workflows but do not replace the billing system's subscription status.

What the integration supports
Facts checked
Authentication and access
First confirm whether the account and endpoints have moved from Searchie to Membership.io. Current official Membership.io guidance replaces the legacy app.searchie.io host with app.membership.io when generating a bearer token, which is then kept server-side for API calls.
Useful data and actions
- Legacy audience/contact identities, segments, tags, and activity supported by the migrated account
- Hubs, member access, folders, and media-library files now represented in Membership.io
- Supported contact, Hub, file, folder, segment, and activity webhook events after migration
Constraints to confirm
- Searchie was renamed Membership.io, so legacy URLs, terminology, saved credentials, and endpoint behavior must be tested against the specific account before implementation.
- Current direct API and webhook availability is tied to Membership.io plan entitlements; do not assume a legacy Searchie subscription includes Scale-plan developer access.
- Content engagement and Hub access are not authoritative payment status; use the billing platform for renewal, cancellation, and failed-payment decisions.
What I automate with Searchie
Legacy Searchie endpoint and credential migration checks
Access and tagging workflows tied to verified cohort or entitlement data
Onboarding and content-release messaging sequenced by member stage
Engagement alerts based on supported activity events
Cross-platform synchronization between Membership.io, billing, and CRM systems
