KajabiAutomation & Integration
Connect Kajabi offers, purchases, contacts, access, and supported events to lifecycle workflows.
Kajabi combines offers, purchases, contacts, products, forms, and messaging. Where the account has Public API or webhook access, I connect those supported records to scoped onboarding and lifecycle workflows.

How I use Kajabi
Kajabi's Public API is included with the current Pro plan or available as an add-on, while webhooks can cover a narrower event-driven path on some accounts. I verify plan access and API key scopes before connecting contacts, offers, purchases, transactions, forms, tags, and supported events. Offer grants are tested carefully because they can create customer records, send email, and trigger existing Kajabi automations.

What the integration supports
Facts checked
Authentication and access
A Kajabi Owner or Subowner creates a user API key with the minimum permissions, and the integration uses the resulting bearer token server-side. Rotate or delete credentials from Kajabi when access changes.
Useful data and actions
- Sites, contacts, contact tags, forms, products, and offers exposed by the granted API permissions
- Offer purchases, related transactions, and contact-to-offer access relationships
- Supported purchase, payment, order, form-submission, and contact-tag webhook events
Constraints to confirm
- Kajabi's public API is included with the current Pro plan or sold as an add-on; webhooks can cover narrower event-driven needs on some accounts without API access.
- API key scopes limit both endpoints and webhook event creation, and multi-site requests may need an explicit site_id filter.
- Granting an offer can create a customer, send email, and trigger Kajabi automations; those side effects must be configured and tested before production writes.
