YardiAutomation & Integration
Connect licensed Yardi interfaces to leasing, accounting, and portfolio operations workflows.
I build around the specific Yardi interfaces a property operator has licensed and approved, such as guest-card, maintenance, commercial, construction, or scheduled export workflows. Scope follows the customer's Voyager modules, credentials, and data permissions.

How I use Yardi
Yardi does not expose one universal public API. Depending on the licensed interface, a workflow may use a web service, bidirectional method, scheduled extract, or SFTP file. I connect those approved inputs to tenant communication, owner reporting, arrears review, and internal task management, with reconciliation and human approval matched to the sensitivity of resident and financial data.

What the integration supports
Facts checked
Authentication and access
Yardi provisions interface credentials and endpoints for the licensed Voyager client and approved interface use case; there is no single public, self-service Yardi API credential flow.
Useful data and actions
- Property, unit, lease, tenant, balance, and rent-roll data through applicable interfaces
- Guest cards, prospects, availability, pricing, floor plans, and amenities through ILS interfaces
- Residents, work orders, vendors, and work-order updates through the Maintenance API
- Contracts, jobs, job costs, and change orders through construction interfaces
Constraints to confirm
- Access is interface- and module-specific, requires the Yardi customer's approval and licensing, and may require approval as a Yardi interface partner.
- Some interfaces are web services while others include scheduled exports or SFTP; do not assume a webhook exists for a given Voyager module.
- Only use fields and files authorized for the customer and named interface, including resident and financial data subject to the customer's retention and privacy rules.

Receivables and collections outreach based on Yardi balances
Owner and asset-manager reporting assembled from approved interface outputs
Maintenance communication loops coordinated across residents and vendors
Task routing from licensed interface data, exports, or scheduled reconciliation
