BoomTownAutomation & Integration
Coordinate lead response, handoff, and nurture through BoomTown-supported connectors.
I extend BoomTown through customer-authorized connectors such as Zapier, API Nation, or Real Synch when the customer's platform and role support them. That can coordinate lead routing and longer-term follow-up without claiming a public developer API that BoomTown does not document.

How I use BoomTown
The practical integration surface is connector-specific: fields, direction, triggers, latency, and conflict behavior vary by product and subscription. I map the fields the customer can actually authorize into source-based routing, follow-up sequences, and handoffs between lead generation and transaction operations. When a direct connector is unavailable, email-based lead import can support intake, but it is not a substitute for full CRM access.

What the integration supports
Facts checked
Authentication and access
The public BoomTown help center directs customers to supported connectors such as Zapier, API Nation, and Real Synch. Authentication is completed by an authorized BoomTown user inside the selected connector; no self-service public developer credential flow is documented.
Useful data and actions
- Lead and contact identity, source, assignment, and status supported by the connector
- Tags, categories, notes, and mapped custom fields where the connector exposes them
- New-lead and selected CRM activity triggers
- Contact or transaction updates supported by the chosen one-way or bidirectional sync
Constraints to confirm
- Available integrations vary by BoomTown platform and user role, and third-party connector subscriptions may be purchased separately.
- Field coverage, direction, filters, trigger latency, and conflict handling are connector-specific; verify the mapping with the customer's live account.
- When a direct connection is unavailable, BoomTown documents lead-import email forwarding as a fallback, not a general-purpose data API.
