How I use Gusto
Gusto can approve scoped access to company, employee, payroll, benefits, time-off, and related resources after reviewing an integration's use case. I've built workflows around payroll journal reporting, employee-triggered onboarding tasks, and HR dashboards, but production operations depend on the scopes Gusto assigns to that customer and app. Each company is authorized separately, and payroll-impacting writes require explicit employer approval and human review.
