How I use Athenahealth

Athenahealth offers FHIR and athenaOne APIs with different interaction models. Useful workflows include appointment feeds, patient and condition data, observations, medication information, and approved bulk exports. The practice must authorize access to its context, and each resource needs the right patient, user, or system scope. Writes are endpoint-specific, while bulk export is asynchronous and unavailable in the developer sandbox.
