TypeformAutomation & Integration
Route Typeform responses into CRMs, project tools, and configured automation workflows.
Typeform responses can feed CRM, project, onboarding, and reporting workflows. I build integrations that route supported completed or partial submissions according to the form's answers and account features.

How I use Typeform
I've connected Typeform to CRMs to create leads from available response fields, routed intake responses by answer, created project tasks from submitted briefs, and started onboarding flows from completed signup forms. Webhooks can deliver completed or configured partial responses, while the Responses API can lag for recent submissions. The account owner retains the source response, and downstream copies follow the same consent, retention, and deletion rules.

What the integration supports

Authentication and access
Use a personal access token for a private Typeform account or OAuth 2.0 authorization code flow for other users. Request only forms:read or write, responses:read, webhooks:read or write, and the offline scope when a refresh token is required.
Useful data and actions
- Form definitions, fields, logic, themes, and workspace metadata
- Completed, partial, and started responses with answers and hidden fields
- Landing and submission timestamps, calculated variables, and file answers
- Completed or partial submission payloads and webhook delivery state
Constraints to confirm
- Create and Responses APIs are limited to 2 requests per second per Typeform account; API access is generally available, but webhooks, payments, hidden fields, and some embed modes can require a paid plan.
- The Responses API is pull-based and very recent submissions can be absent for roughly 30 minutes; use webhooks when a new completed submission must be handled immediately.
- Typeform webhooks emit completed or configured partial response submissions, not arbitrary form-edit events. HTTPS is required for new endpoints, signed payloads should be verified, and failed deliveries follow a bounded retry policy.
- Responses remain stored in the Typeform account even when sent to a webhook. The form owner controls retention and deletion, so downstream copies need the same consent and erasure rules.
What I automate with Typeform
New lead creation in CRM with full form context on submission
Client intake responses routed to the right team based on answers
Project briefs auto-converted into task lists in PM tools
Onboarding sequences triggered from signup form completions
Survey results aggregated and pushed to reporting dashboards
Conditional routing: different form answers trigger different workflows
