SageAutomation & Integration
Connect supported Sage accounting products to reporting and cross-system workflows.
I scope Sage integrations to the customer's exact product and edition, connecting supported accounting data with CRM, payment, reporting, and operational workflows.

How I use Sage
Sage Active, Sage Intacct, and Sage 50 use different APIs, credentials, entitlements, and deployment models. For Sage Active, documented resources include customers, suppliers, accounts, invoices, products, quotes, and accounting entries; Sage Intacct has its own API and module boundaries. I design the integration only after confirming the product, region, subscription, user role, and required operations, then connect the approved data to downstream systems.

What the integration supports
Facts checked
Authentication and access
Product-specific authentication: Sage Active Public API V2 uses OAuth 2.0; Sage Intacct and Sage 50 use separate APIs, credentials, and deployment models.
Useful data and actions
- Sage Active customers, suppliers, accounts, products, and quotes
- Sage Active sales and purchase invoices plus accounting entries
- Sage Intacct records and reports only when scoped through its separate API
Constraints to confirm
- Sage is not one API: the exact product, country, version, subscription, and deployment must be identified before an integration is scoped.
- Sage Active roles and solution tiers can block operations, while Intacct modules and Sage 50 connectors have independent entitlements and limitations.
- Financial-data access, payroll handling, multi-entity writes, and approval paths require the customer's own compliance and accounting-owner sign-off.
