MCP Servers for Wealth Management Firms

Wealth management principals and senior advisors

Give your advisors AI that actually knows your clients, connected to your real data.

Generic AI tools don't know who the Hendersons are, what they discussed last quarter, or what market conditions are relevant to their specific portfolio. A custom MCP server changes that, connecting your AI assistant directly to your CRM, custodian, and content library.

From problem to system

Before

Current workflow

  • Advisors spending substantial time preparing for reviews when the data is spread across connected systems
  • Prospect nurture going generic because advisors can't easily personalize at scale
  • Long-cycle prospects going quiet because follow-up requires too much manual context retrieval
Improved workflow

After

Connected workflow

  • Meeting prep MCP that pulls custodian data, planning outputs, and CRM context in one command
  • Prospect outreach recommendations based on each contact's profile and recent market activity
  • Natural-language CRM queries for pipeline review and follow-up identification

The operating picture

Wealth management has a data problem: the information that would make client interactions more effective is spread across a custodian portal, financial planning software, a CRM, and the advisor's memory. MCP servers connect these systems to an AI assistant so advisors can ask natural-language questions ('What should I discuss with the Johnsons before their review on Thursday?') and get answers drawn from actual client data. I've built MCP integrations for wealth management firms that have improved prospect engagement, reduced meeting prep time, and helped advisors stay meaningfully in touch with long-cycle prospects.
